Registration, inspection, evaluation
When a watch arrives at the workshop, it is immediately registered in the after-sales service database. Each serial number has a corresponding identity card, a complete record of the watch's maintenance history, and a note of major problems. The watch is then handed over to the workshop's engineers for precise testing, inspection and evaluation.
Movement Maintenance
The movement is removed by the exclusive watchmaking engineers, secured by torque-limiting screwdrivers on all sides, and subjected to a stress test, rare in the maintenance industry, to ensure that the hands remain firmly in their fitted position. The movement is then placed under a high-powered microscope to observe its interior. If the engineers find that the lubricant inside the movement is oxidized. It must be checked and replaced regularly in order to provide even lubrication to every moving part. Clean each part in the movement as well as each jewel, one by one, of any sand or oil that has accumulated on it. If you find any problems with the parts, replace them promptly. Ensure the perfect functioning of the movement!
Oiling
Depending on the part and its location, there are many different ways to remove old lubricants from a watch, then reassemble the part and oil it again. The amount of lubricant used in a watch is negligible, but a single watch uses 8 to 15 different oils and lubricants. Each lubricant has its own characteristics to suit the type and amount of friction that must be borne, as well as the speed of rotation or the manner of movement. This is essential to ensure the functional operation and accuracy of the timepiece. Avoids oxidation and reduces friction between parts.
Refurbishment of the case
The dismantled case is polished, sanded, re-coated, refurbished and replaced according to the needs of the different materials, utilizing high-tech, new techniques to treat the case; the watch's crystal and caseback are made of sapphire crystal, which is rigorously treated for scratches or replaced to make the watch shine like new again. A return to the appearance of ultimate luxury.
Strap replacement
The brand has always attached great importance to its straps and, just as importantly, to wearing comfort. Water resistance
We test our watches against water resistance ranging from 30, 50, 100 or 300 meters. Water resistance naturally deteriorates from year to year due to the effects of daily temperature changes on the case, the crystal, the crown and its sealant. For this reason, we strongly recommend that the water resistance of your watch be checked annually to ensure its safety. During the service, the case, crown and bezel are replaced with new water-resistant seals. The water resistance of the watch is checked separately for high and low water pressure.
Calibration
After a watch has been precisely serviced and oiled, it is still subjected to stability tests at different temperatures and in different positions that simulate everyday use. The chronometric performance of the watch is checked at various temperatures and positions by means of an advanced computerized control.
